Frequent Queries

The questions everyone asks first.

01How long is the PAL Card valid?+
Five years from the date of issue. Re-certification is required before expiry. We will write to you in the year your card expires with the closest available slot.
02Can you deliver training at our site?+
Yes. For qualifying groups, instructors can train at the customer place using suitable equipment and a controlled training area. Tell us the city, equipment available on-site, head-count, and dates.
03What languages do you train in?+
English by default. Hindi and Tamil delivery on request. Course materials are issued in English in line with IPAF requirements; the instructor's spoken delivery adapts to the cohort.
04What if my trainee fails the assessment?+
A focused re-take is scheduled at no additional charge within thirty days. The PAL Card is only issued on demonstrated competence; we do not issue partial credentials.
05What's the difference between an Operator and a Demonstrator?+
An Operator is certified to operate a MEWP in a given category. A Demonstrator is an existing Operator who is additionally certified to introduce a new operator to a specific machine. Most contractors need Operators; rental and hire desk staff need both.
06Is the PAL Card recognised outside India?+
Yes. The IPAF PAL Card is recognised on construction, energy, telecom, aviation, and industrial sites in more than seventy countries. It is one of the few work-at-height credentials that travels with the operator.
